Chicken tastes like before. With an authentic taste, a traceable route from farm to plate, and a strict quality charter with respect for animal welfare. These are the ambitions that chicken expert Frederik Goossens has been pursuing for several years with his Poule & Poulette restaurants and shops.

P&P will open a brand new location in the heart of Ghent on 15 March.
