We are convinced that succession problems, increasing administrative complexity, the need for investments, as well as digital disruption reinforce the need for consolidation. Vermec therefore focuses on consolidation movements (roll-outs or roll-ups) in various sectors. We are looking for healthy companies that want to play a leading role in this and are looking for operational and financial support for this purpose.

We look for collaborations that give rise to a positive sum game.  The existing management must continue doing what it is best at, leveraging on their experience and deep knowledge of the business. We will complement where we can. This may range from advising on a strategic decision to providing concrete operational assistance. We will never take the helm: we aim to complement you in order to set the course together.

Following a wide range of sectors, regions and asset classes and assessing different investment strategies allows us to keep in touch with the global markets and the macro-economic environment. This gives us a real edge when analyzing local, direct investments.
